Only the details needed for your journey.

We collect contact information and journey details you provide, including name, phone number, email, pickup and destination, and optional flight information and notes. We use these details to arrange journeys, communicate with you, provide support and maintain booking records. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in notes.

Google processes address searches and route requests. Stripe processes payment details; full card numbers are not stored in our booking records. Hosting and other service providers may process information needed to operate the website and provide these services, including outside Canada. Access to booking administration is restricted.

Website cookies and analytics may be used to support site functionality and understand usage. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some features may be affected.

Retention and your choices

Booking and contact information is retained for the time needed to provide services, address support requests and disputes, and meet applicable accounting or legal requirements. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. You may contact us to request access, corrections or deletion, or to discuss consent; legal record-keeping requirements may limit deletion.
